We believe ---
- that salvation is by faith alone - it is a gift from God that cannot be earned. Are you saved? Are you sure? This might help.
- that based on the Holy Scriptures we are commanded to serve our Lord as He desires and instructs while we are in our earthly bodies.
- in the Biblical mandate to store up treasures for ourselves.
- that although He has no obligation to "reward" or "pay" us, the Scriptures say Jesus will do so when we get our resurrected bodies - and He delights in doing so.
Our Mission
To help Christians navigate the challenges of this life through quality teaching/training opportunities in order to maximize the number and type of "rewards/wages" they receive from Christ at their Bema Award Ceremony.

What's in it for Me?
Let's face it. Whether we know it or not, admit it or not, understand it or not, that built into us is the ever-present question, "What's in it for me?" [WIIFM?]
That is the question we use (consciously or subconsciously) to decide between two or more alternatives, alternatives that shape our lives by the decisions we make about time, talent and treasure (money and how we spend it).
Do I go to college or not? Do I buy a house right now or maybe a new car? Do I exercise today (or not), or eat that 2nd piece of chocolate pie? Do I marry this person or that person? The questions go on and on, each day, every day. Even when we don’t realize it, they happen in a split second or we ponder them over time.
One question that may go on much less in our minds relates to Christian Discipleship – as Jesus outlined discipleship – Follow Me. This is, perhaps, because we know so little about the other side of this command – to follow Him (be like Him, obey Him). We simply don’t know WIIFM if I say, “Yes, I’ll follow You, I’ll obey You and give up other things to do so.”
Because we must give up things in order to achieve that goal (true discipleship). We must give up some of our time, we must use some of our talent to glorify Him, and we must give up some of the money we have and would rather spend on our own earthly pleasures. So why would we do that? What will we get in return if we do? THAT IS THE QUESTION! WIIFM? Unfortunately, most believers know little or nothing about what Christ promised would be His response to our obedience.
BemaBuilders hopes to provide you with much needed answers to that question, to encourage you, to equip you, and provide real-time practical self-directed Bible Studies and video tools to help you navigate the path of discipleship that begins at the moment of salvation and culminates at your personal reward ceremony at the Judgment Seat of Christ (the "Bema") – the day He has planned just for you, to reward you for the choices you make while on the earth. That’s “what’s in it for you” – reward and joy for the rest of eternity!
